Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our business and customization of products we can not accept returns.In the event you receive a wrongly printed item please reach out to us within 14 days with a picture of the item so that we are able to remedy the matter.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ….

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If  approved, your exchange will be processed, and mailed within a certain amount of days.

Shipping policy

Shipping prices are based on purchase weight. We are not responsible for lost/damaged packages. Please choose priority shipping for insurance purposes if you’d like your package insured.

We do our absolute best to ship out within 2-4 business days. If you have orders with different types of items, they may ship separately. We do not process orders on the weekends or US holidays. Business days are counted as Monday – Friday only and the day of your order is not counted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
